Ensure good lighting and capture clear details of the front, back, and any flaws or damages.
8. How long does the valuation take?
Usually, if you send photos via Line during business hours, you will get an initial quote within 1-2 hours.
9. Will the price change after seeing the real item?
The estimated price might adjust slightly depending on the actual physical condition, but we guarantee fair pricing.
10. Can I decline the offer if I don't like the price?
Absolutely. The appraisal is a non-binding offer. If you are not satisfied, you can simply decline.

11. How will I get paid?
Once agreed, we pay immediately in "Cash" or via "Bank Transfer", depending on your preference.
12. Can I mail my items if I live far away?
Yes. After an initial agreement on price, you can mail the items. We will transfer funds immediately upon receipt and inspection.
13. Who pays for travel expenses for home pickups?
For large or high-value collections, we cover all travel expenses ourselves.
14. Can I just get an appraisal and keep my items?
Yes, if you just want to know the market value before deciding to sell, we are happy to provide this service for free.
15. Do we sign a sales contract?
